Healthy Eating

Many people are confused by healthy eating. New news comes out ever day that contridicts itself every next day. First you shouldn't eat chocolate, then you should, and then you shouldn't again. Have you ever wished that you could go to a nutritionist to help you cut through the information overload and just make it simple?

To help you out, I have purchased a few week long meal plans from a professional. These are full of good suggestions for healthy meals. The meal plans are set up to be downloaded into my program, allowing you to reuse you favorite parts. Instead of just writting a long article telling you what you should do, I have set up this meal plan to give you on the job training.

For the information part. Here is the easiest way to start eating healthy.

  • Eat more vegetables. Just start by adding a vegetables to to each meal. Steaming and boiling is best, but to start, just add them in whatever way you like.
  • Eat more fruit. Fruit is easy. Add at least one raw fruit to each meal.
  • Change from white breads and pasta to whole wheat. Whole grains are filled with nutrients. They are very important for health. Refined products remove almost all the nutrition from these products. Switching to whole wheat bread is a very simple way to eat healthy.
  • Avoid sugar and fat. Most people will lose 15 lbs in a year by stopping soda. Reducing the amount of sugar in your diet is very healthy and pays real dividens when you try to lose weight. Another problem is that sugary and fatty foods tend to stimulate the appetite making you hungrier.
  • Further information I have included information in most of the meals about the healthy benefits of the ingredients of the meals. Please look through the plan to learn more. This page also has a longer explaination of healthy eating Click here

Now, with these guide lines in mind, you can download the meal plan here. These meal plans do not have suggestions for spices and salt. You should season everything as you desire. just make sure that you enter the calories in if your seasonings have calories. The best seasonings are salt, spices, ms. dash, and other such flavorings.

Please navigate to this page in the Calorie Tracker program to download
